e 4 is actually 2. My friends all from the Washington DC area as well complained to me at 11:30pm that the place was empty, because it really was. And I tried explaining to them that people down here do things 10 times slower, and consequently 10 times more expensively. ($10.00 for a bud light?) At around 1:30am a gargantuate crowd burst through the door and all you could see was blurred flashes of light and maybe a rocker tshirt logo. We stayed till 3. The next night we headed over to The Shore Club. This was more of an intimate setting, if you are ever down in Miami, GO! But be prepared for redic
ulous pricing as usual. Oh and another place to stop by, the best burgers and shakes in Miami, by far... Big Pink. Yummo! After our visit in Miami, we traveled to the Port downtown for the rest of our trip. The Cruise:Probably the best idea ever. Free food and drinks for a week with destinations of Key West and Cozumel, Mexico.Um ok, so I know that in the Bahamas and Barbados, there are lots of chickens and roosters running aroud because Bahamians and Bajuns (people from Barbados) love...well chicken. But I was not expecting the massive population that we encountered on Key West. Luckily I was able to shoot this guy quickly before he decided to flip out on me. One place we had to visit was Ernest Hemmingway's house. My favorite author of all time (The Sun Also Rises) Ugh, beautiful. His homes claim to fame is the extraordinary 6 toed cats, of which their are 100's roaming his property. Gross.Overall an interesting trip, Mexico was fun, a little too touristy for me. But I would go back.
